Hello guys, today I would be talking about something interesting. It all about e-commerce and the major problems they face. You might have known about e-commerce already and many have not so, I would briefly talk about it.

    Electronic commerce as the name stand e-commerce is a process of selling and buying goods, services and products through an online system or on the internet. It also gained popularity over the past decades and tremendously grown to a point having a worth of $2.4 trillion in the year 2018 and is predicted to reach a staggering $4.48 trillion by 2021. Moreover, people do uses it service, it is said to be among one of the largest in the world. However, online buying and selling is very important presently because 1.66 billion people and counting has started purchasing goods and products online.

   Besides, e-commerce has drawn technology to its limit so that people can have the ability to make/use internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic funds transfer, electronic data interchange (EDI) and many more.

 These are the major problems that some e-commerce faces.

·        ACHIEVING PROFITABLE LONG-TERM GROWTH: you find out that most e-commerce find it difficult to make profit because they do increase their sales in one way or the other so that their business could grow. An online retailer must reduce shipping costs, improve marketing efficiency and so on.

·        CUSTOMER LOYALTY: the main issue is that for a company to make new customer and keep those customers is one thing that needs efforts. You find out that e-commerce companies finds it difficult to build trust and loyalty with customers. However, this may result as a cause of a buyer and seller not knowing each other or for them to see each other to make transactions and so on.
